01 / THE STARTING POINT

Every route in.
One connected record.

Capture the details once. Keep them useful across the operation.

A shared application for the work ahead

01 / 05

One application. Several ways in.

Borrowers, loan officers, and connected assistants contribute to a shared application that carries the work forward.

THE OPERATION BEHIND THE INTERFACE

Every handoff
is part of the product.

A loan application has to become something the lending team can act on: a connected deal, a complete set of documents, recorded authorization, and a signed application.

The work brings borrower intake, internal operations, and Vaster’s existing systems into a shared workflow. The details matter at every boundary—what gets updated, who can see sensitive information, where a document belongs, and which actions need a person’s approval.

01 / CONNECTED RECORDS

Give the team a deal
they can work with.

HubSpot contacts & dealsProperty listingsEncompass imports

Turn borrower information into the records, relationships, and documents that Vaster’s team uses to move a loan forward.

Submission creates or updates HubSpot contacts and deals, connects applicants, guarantors, co-guarantors, and brokers, and creates a listing for each subject property. Encompass imports bring existing loan information into the application, with missing fields surfaced for completion.

THE DETAIL THAT MATTERS

An update preserves an existing deal’s pipeline, stage, and close date. The application adds information without overwriting the lending team’s decisions.

03 / SIGNATURES & DOCUMENTS

Carry the application
through to a signed record.

Box SignParallel signaturesAutomatic CRM attachment

Connect signature collection to the application and the working CRM deal.

Box Sign receives a generated application with signature fields and invites applicants in parallel. Reminders and staff controls support follow-up, resending, and cancellation. When signing is complete, the system retrieves and stores the signed PDF, then attaches it to the linked HubSpot deal.

THE DETAIL THAT MATTERS

Existing signature requests can be reused, and completed callbacks are recognized so repeated deliveries can be skipped. The signed document has a defined destination.

04 / OSCAR + MCP

An operations assistant
connected to the actual work.

Oscar brings application tools into Slack, where Vaster’s operations team can find, review, and prepare a loan file in conversation.

01 / FIND

Start with a real reference.

Find applications by address, deal name, owner, status, or recency. Retrieve a staff review link or an existing application PDF.

02 / REVIEW

Ask what’s missing.

Inspect a draft and check it against the application’s validation rules. Bring missing or inconsistent information back to the team.

03 / PREPARE

Make the next step easier.

Update a draft, attach an original Slack document to the right applicant, or generate a missing PDF—with approval for changes.

ONE SET OF APPLICATION TOOLS

Slack Oscar MCP Vaster

MCP also gives supported assistants a way to draft, validate, and attach documents to the same application. Work can continue in the browser for borrower review and signing.

Access is restricted to authorized operations staff. Changes and document attachments require approval. Borrower consent and lending decisions remain with people.

THE BORROWER EXPERIENCE

The care extends
to the front door.

A guided application keeps the loan details, people, properties, and documents connected while the borrower works.
